Jzx81 Driveshaft Issues

Hello everybody

wwweellllll the rear right driveshaft on my jzx81 has shat itself unfortunately probably due to the rigours of twin plate clutch and 2way mechanical action besides the point ... the reason im posting here is to see if anyone has any idea wether an mx83 cressida d/s will swap into it or are they slightly different or a whole lot different???

i am 99% sure they are different

the new owner of my old x81 swapped in an MX83 rear subframe when the diff ripped out of the X81 item, I'm fairly sure the CV shafts will interchange.

MX 83 has different inner cv joint, the driveshaft may be the same though. I have a shaft if you are in need of one

Massive thanks to Castle hill toyota who helped me solve my little problem mx83 and jzx81 part numbers on the shafts are the same so they are interchangeable Yay!!!
