Wakefield Park Track Day - Friday 20th of June!

I've got a Nokia 6110 navigator with the built in gps.. I downloaded RaceChrono which has WP in it.
Anyone had experience with this before? I know it wont be as good as a full blown race timer but as it's free, i could live with a small level of error.

Yeah GPS is free to use on the phone..
RaceChrono has WP, EC, Winton, Oran, etc. Most the aussie tracks have been marked out now. Or you can create your own.. I've just never had the chance to test it yet.. This upcoming outing will be a good chance.

A tech request from those more GSP savy than myself. I can access a work GPS that i know works well and i used to calibrate my speedo......anyone know of an equiv software pacakge to RaceChrono that will enable me to run the GPS as a lap timer? either in real time (preferable) or as a downloadable log file i can play with on the PC?

I have got racechrono set up on my phone as well, will be giving it a whirl. Could use a better map of wakefielf though with more timing points, i will probably make one on the day.
