boost again

1GGTE gen3 .....fluro green injectors ... now i had this car running beautiful ... now all of a sudden it feels like the engine will boost to about 10psi then hesitates for a split second then goes to the 15 psi mark WTF this car is sending me mental with all its little fuck upps .... no boost leaks controller put in correctly BOV has been set super tight so no boost leaks ... but this hesitating almost feels like for a split second that the motor itself is retarding timing .... i run shell v-power racing witch i believe is like atleast 98 octaine and boost is set at constant 15 psi i am out of ideas ... no head gasket leaks im lost lol any help would be great guys im losing the plot here

what was the last thing you changed before it started surging?

nothing at all i'm going to fiddle with the setup of my boost controller see if that helps at all

is it a mechanical boost controller or a electronic controller??
