Ok, I don't want the lynch mob to light up their torches just yet.
same time, same story, maybe somethings wrong with his post office?
I haven't seen anyone else have troubles with him.![]()
I am still having trouble with this guy. Was promised 3 weeks ago (after 3mths or so) that the soarer front end I'm waiting on was finally with couriers, except he just needed my post address details to give to them. I haven't heard any more progress on it from him and I'm desperately needing the gear.
Seriously bullshit!
Man i just got fucked over again, this is the 3rd time i have been ripped off i don't know why ppl can't be honest and send things you pay for.
That is if they even have them to begin with.
As Oldcorollas said do on to others. I hope this means they get fucked over to![]()
case
Feel badly for your case, here is hoping that something good comes your way soon.
It's not all bad as some members have gone out of there way to help me out like Jordan76,Ryley and others that i have forgot off hand.
There are lot's of honest ppl on Toymods who are only to happy to help out others that they may never meet.
They are the best!
Cheers Case
Case, add Leso and Hosking to that list of good people. Oh, and RA28Tragic too.
Cheers, Owen

GA70H 92 - The part I sold you was in a servicable condition when it left my hands. It worked on my car, I dont know what has happened when you have installed the unit on your car. You say it is burnt, does it smell burnt from outside with the cover on?
SOLD : 1GGTE Rt142 Corona - Twin TD04-9b turbos - 180rwkw = 13.1 @105mph
when i got the device i quad checked to make sure all was up to standard in regards to plugging in the loom to the ecu. it didint work. so i tried it in my mates Ga70 who has a VPC(MY OLD ONE) and it doesnt work either. so I opened it up and found burnt resistors etc. From the start it never lit up the LED. as when you plug it in it should light up 1 LED to advise you its on. and there is no smell at all. but you can see a burnt track and fried resistor.... ive wired 2 of these VPC into peoples cars and have never come across something like this....
1992 - JZA70 STOCK - SOLD
I dont know what has happened over there, for all I know you could have got it wet, dropped it or whatever. I dont know your level of knowledge regarding this device and that I was not there myself to see the events taking place. So many "if's and but's". I sold it with good intentions and in working order. I feel at the end of the day buying second hand parts the buyer takes the risk.
SOLD : 1GGTE Rt142 Corona - Twin TD04-9b turbos - 180rwkw = 13.1 @105mph
ive installed 2 of these before hard wired and using the plug in loom without any problems,
Jackel can tell you..as ive hard wired his in and he doesnt have any issues at all, He also witnessed the burnt resistor as we compared VPC,s to look for any differances. Ive studied in the electronics field.....and no way in hell has it been near water.
Before i plugged it in a double checked that the hks loom matched up with my ecu which it did...i plugged it in and no lights appeared on.....to able to burn that resistor it would have had to much voltage/short..and i know for a fact when a resistors burns out you will see smoke coming out of the vents in the VPC which never happened and also for the track to burn out its not normal at all.
1992 - JZA70 STOCK - SOLD
Did you check it before you plugged it in (The internals I mean?)
