i will say its disappointing when i have taken time to send pm's to the board about a particular forum member who has a long history of screwing people over, a certain someone from the central coast who is quite short, and yet they allow him to continue posting items for sale.

i was recently pulled aside at WSID by one of his customers and threatened, as they were under the impression he was associated with me. it took sometime to get this person to understand i am in no way associated with the individual and their continual shonky deals done on this forum and the supraforums.

i would like to have a response to my pms etc in the future so i know my concerns have been addressed, i dont like seeing people get scammed, and i certainly dont like bikey types pulling me aside at WSID.

next time i will be escorting the said bikies to his parents residence to sort the matter out with their lovely son.

legally your not allowed to give out a persons information unless given written permission by the particular person.

but, if you happenned to be driving past their place of residence and had an ignition problem causing you to pull up in front of their home and the ppl that where "following" you happened to pulled into their driveway then thats not handing out there info at all, just pure coincidence

Shane the person you pointed out to me was banned from the forums once I verified who he was. I also got in touch with him and pushed him to ressolve at least one of his sales.

I posted this in November last year

quicknissan has been banned from the forum.

Sorry I didn't tell you about it I was using the time I have available trying to do something about it rather than reporting on it.

If the same person is doing the same thing with a different user account I'd love to hear about it.

i also reported him again weeks later posting as lexusfreake, its very simple to see in the way he writes his sales items and his responses its him. i mean im not inspector morse or anything but it isnt rocket science.

i suppose you guys need to insure it is that person so that innocent people arent getting banned.

yeah there are plenty of hero's on teh intawebs or over the phone but when confronted face to face by the ppl's sent to extract money then the attitude changes in a split second.

i met one of the individual's im now friends with by not paying a debt i owed (due to unforseen circumstances), i simply handed him the keys to my car and told him id have his money in 4 days. 4 days rolled around, i gave him the money and got my car back in the same condition it left in. i don't think i had ever shat myself so badly b4 and trust me i know what choice i would make also.

On getting the details of the above mentioned incident I have looked into it and helped the other Moderator you contacted get this resolved. Your Toymods membership renewal was paid today on your behalf by the forum member in question. Kirsty will no doubt PM you if required once I fix the PC/Internet Connection at home

Thanks Rod, and to the others who helped me resolve my problem, it was much appreciated.
Money wasn't the issue, just the principle of the matter.

Hope everyone else can have their issues resolved as well.
