I'm sure there are a few people who have had positive dealings with this dude but to those defending him youve gotta call a spade a spade when you see one. It's not like hes run into some unfortunate and unforseen circumstances with every single person here stopping him from delivering what hes promised. sometimes shit just happens, keeping people from getting what they want, either its a mistake on either parts half, a misunderstanding.

but what matters is the way its handled.

ive sold stuff and its gone awry, but where ive recognised it as my fault, ive made provisions to compensate the other party in the most logical manner.

the most important thing is communication, even if you cant get money back immediately, you'll find nearly everyone is reasonable as long as you communicate your issue to them.

of course this doesnt matter, if they're given you chances time after time and you've given them the runaround.
