im a little iffy on NA MA70's too, i seem to have a fuzzy memory of shit brakes, but too much alcohol is running rampant through my system to clearly recall.

Nah Kedders they are for mounting r32 4pots onto teh a70/z20 hubs.

The 'braket' you need will look almost exactly like yours just longer 'legs'. I think atm your thinking of the whole caliper assembly as the caliper, which it actually isn't. When you jump under the car and have a look you will notice the 'claw' that comes over the top of the disc and holds the pad, this had a kind of short cylinder or buldge on the back of it. Thats the caliper. The part that that follows the caliper over the disc and loops back around, that is the 'bracket you need.

When you go to change the pads there is a bolt and a peg that holds the caliper to the bracket, basically you undo the bolt and swivel the caliper of the disc. You will notice the 'bracket' will stay in place.

Here is an exploded view from the a70 epc:

And for future reference here is a link to the TSRM and EPC for the a70 which shares almost all the same drive train components:

    I hope that helps!

lol oops! No probs man, good luck in your search! I think you may end up having to buy a whole caliper assembly, but the up side is they are fairly cheap as they're is heaps of sup front cuts kickin round.
