    Default CV problems on 88 GT4 celica

    im having a problem with my CV at the moment...
    the nut on the nd holding my rotor in place is destroying the castle and pushing past the split pin?? any ideas.. getting sick of getting it tightened then grinding my disc and caliper...

    Are you using a big enough split pin?? Is it cutting the split pin into pices.

    Maybe its time for a new hub and outer shaft. I'm guessing theyre worn enough to allow slop in the spline.

    found out what it was... i split the inner part of my hub in two peices... was rattling free...
