Looks like a good night.
I was spewing I couldn't come, didn't get out of work till like 8:35PM...bloody routers!!!
Hopefully next time I can bring my cressida down for runs.
Whats this about the burnout comp??
Is it on every Wednesday night? Where abouts on the track is that held?

Was laughing when I heard the marshall tell you off. LOL

It looks like they stuffed you up on the start too cause as soon
as your car is staged, about 1 sec later the x-mas tree starts flashin and
then the other guy gets the jump on you.
The race would have been ALOT closer methinks with a fair start.

Looks like he was standing in the stands for that vidoe. Rob, can you post that video up?

I was really surprised about the no rego papers. Literally anyone could have driven. They weren't even checking your arm bands either.

everytime ive been out there they never check arm bands so yeh any1 can drive

I had my Armband checked 3 out of 6 runs and my helmet strap checked 2 out of 6.

They changed the rules with regards to Rego papers though, there was a flier handed last night that I'll scan and post up when I'm at home tonight

That RX7 was nuts though... I was coming back down the return road and the guy in the Supercharged Cressida stopped and I wondered what was going on so I looked around and saw the RX7 pointing skywards... was VERY awesome to watch. But yeah the Ferrari was his wifes car, overheard him talking when I was taking pictures of it, looked like there was a hell of a lot of fluid coming out of it though. When he got back to the staging lanes there was a HUGE pool of water underneath the thing.

I had my helmet strap checked 3 times, but that was it. Wish i had of seen the rx7 live.

yeah guys it was an awesome nite, fairly reasnonable turnout, which was good, that ferrari and the rx7 were definetly the highlights of the nite, oh yeh and the ' special' 7M-GZE
