There seems to be something happening with some of the info from the database...

There are a few threads that have dissappeared (wouldn't be mod removed as one of them had info about exactly this type of thing happening - Posted by Xistant regarding 3 PM showing, but none there) and I have every subscription showing in my CP as unread...

Also, when you use the "Go to first unread post" button, it goes to the first post in the thread because it classes it as being an unread thread...
