    I went out to motorsport connections today and got a check valve and a number of other fittings to plumb up the catch can drain hole to the fitting I welded on the sump. I figured with the check valve in the drain line this would prevent any oil being sucked or blown up the hose into the catch can but will allow any oil to drain to the sump.

    I went for a decent drive today including some hwy driving and some higher revving conditions where I was having problems. I can report, so far so good. Havent found any oil in the catch can! Will see if anything changed on my way to dubbo.

    with turbo you need more ability to vent as the pressure builds up too high and pushes the oil vapour out really fast.

    P.S everytime i walk out of motorsport connections i keep thinking i've been lightening my wallet, but they certainly have the good stuff
