It goes to the power steering idle up valve.
There is a pressure valve on the output of the PS pump that opens during high pressure (i.e. full lock). The valve bypasses the throttlebody to raise idle!
This stops the car stalling when you do a U turn (high vac, low rpm -> can lead to engine stalling if no PS idle up valve).
And vac for the booster should be at the rear-top of the plennum...
