Default rt142 front setup into ke70

    I just bought a ke70,

just wondering if the front setup from my rt142 (eg. control arms, struts, springs, shocks, brakes and calipers) would bolt up.
Also if anything else will swap over that would be sweet!

use the corona control arms/struts/shocks/brakes with ke70 springs/top hat.

this will give you positive camber though!
get some xt130 corona control arms and it will bring it back to neutral camber OR use single piece sigma control arms for 2 deg neg camber

edit: if you can get corona or ma61 king springs that taper down to the bottom you can use these upside down.

I've already got xt130 control arms. I heard that even rt142 control arms give a few degree's of neg camber so the xt130 ones might be a lil overkill (if i keep use the ke70 struts etc.)

will the brakes bolt straight up to the hard lines?

oh and how will the smaller diameter ke70 springs fit into the larger rt142 spring seat?

the rt142 control arms will give you extra track yes, but the angle that the hub sits in relation to the strut cancels that camber.
thats why you need to use xt130 arms.

the ke70 spring should fit cause i did the same thing with ae86 springs into corona struts, the struts have a step down so you can use a smaller spring.

    the lines will fit fine.

    got started today

after test fitting the gear (everything fits) used springs from the front of an xf instead. Definetely need to use sigma control arms, theres still a little positive camber even with the xt130's!
