    Question DIff Dilemma -cressida mx83

    Hi Guys.
I have been having problems with the cressy diff, i was going to have the centres changed untill we found that the hemisphere was damaged. (see attached). My local diff guy does not think it is repairable but is not sure. I got really pissed off and went to another option because the delay has forced me to miss Dubbo, so B4 I deep six this centre i thought i should ask for some advice. cheers greg

    yeah guys ,
should have been more explicit, sorry bout that. the torsen in the photo would seem to have only minor damage however, I know no more about them than my local diff guy which is ziltch, I have replaced the stock diff with a kaaz lsd and was in doubt as to what to do with the torsen centre. will probably pull it apart for educational purposes b4 dumping unless its worth fixing. all advice is welcome . cheers greg

fubar'd, you may be able to buy a housing but i doubt the cost would make it worthwhile.

    probly better as a paperweight
