That means the ring will have a 0.45mm thickness. Not really possible to make.
To do it properly you'd need to machine the hole on the disc bigger, and get a thicker ring made up.
I can get it done, its just more expensive.
What about the 300ZX Z31 Turbo Hub ? The disc normally mounts on the rear for this one.

This is a much more readily available hub compared to the MS65. You may even be able to use the Z32 Turbo, as this disc mounts on the front as per your 4 stud version.

    Thoughts ?

    Cheers

The disc normally rear mounts to an MS65 hub aswell...
Someone will have to measure the Z31T hub, or point me to said measurements.

And Wilbo read on aus300zx forums, that the 5stud z31t hub was as rare as hens teeth.
Will be interesting to see how accurate that is.

I don't follow on the #2 turbo bit though

email sent with some pics and basic measurements comparing the MS65 to Z31T hubs.

The #2 was meant to be Z32 Turbo. Overuse of shift key. Above post edited

Rarity - possibly almost as rare as MS65, but I found a few sets in Adelaide afirly easily, but must admit that Z32T ones would be much more common.

Go the 5 stud hub on the front with CrUZsidas brake setup or buy Simmons like Draven did.

if your after 15" or below in simmons you will have to pay the below comapny a visit as they have the casts etc as simmons only deals with 16s and alrger now

I thought that Z32, R3X etc used a sealed type bearing/hub arrangment...like JZZ30's etc. i.e. will not bolt onto normal hubs?

ok, just a question for dr ed and/or any other ms65 gurus...

if i went the ms65 route, and wanted to use standard brakes (for the time being)

i need the new rotors, off the ms112. DBA #727.

however, could i re-drill my current MA61 rotors?

or, better yet, is there any direct bolt-on replacement for bigger rotors (and or calipers)?

    thanks guys.

    ryley.

Have a look at the DBA catalogue to see what the dimensuions and offsets for each of the discs are, but from memory, the disc sits on the hub in a different spot.

My advice is to grab the wheels from Inportbitz (they have another combo as well) and send CrUZsida a hub so that he can make a kit /adapt his setup for you. It will be less mucking around for a much better result.
