sweet thanks...
im looking at a soarer this thursday. and hoping that buying it and parting out as many parts as i can will almost make the engine worth buying
is there a demand for soarer parts???ahahah
This is true. My turbos have copped a beating, particularly since i've had them for some reason, but I had the inlet pipe off the other day and they are toight as.

i'm currently building a bullet proof 1g which i hope should make 350+. i haven't taken any short cuts with it so it should be quite nice once it's done![]()

i will be using an safc shortly as well
car has a fmic and cat back zorst with std boost atm
is that an rb20 turbo or rb25?
If it is rb25, wouldn't the amount of safe boost be higher on a 1g as it is only pumping a 2l engine rather than a 2.5L. What about the vg30 turbo?
yeah thats the problem dunno if its off a rb20 or rb25 engine but either way they can be changed later without hassels i suppose but do u guys see any benefit in doing this or is it a waste of time and money ?????????
prob need new oil and water lines made up
everything else i ave ready to go in lolllllll
I personally don't see the benefit from a turbo change like that. It's unlikely to make much of an improvement, if any, and probably comes at the expense of lag if it does. Don't forget, the 1G CT12's are small, but there is two of them.
