I think it is newtons from memory. Maybe ask the guys where you got it dynoed!!
hey guys,
finally got my car re-dynoed today to check my AFRs are all good.
They are and it pulled a healthy 169kw @ 10psi. AFR started at 14.7 and trailed down nicely as boost came on.
Thing i cant understand is what scale the torque curve goes off? The scale on the right cant be RPM as it doesnt line up with the speed i actually go in 4th (ie at 100kmh in forth im doing 3.5k not 4.5k)
It does have a N on it, but i dont think its netwons...............
Thanks for any help.
Cheers
Nathan
PS car is a ma61 with a 1jzgte. All stock except zorst and front mount.

Nm for tractive effort
If in doubt power out
rona your spot on its tractive effort
found a formula on the net to convert it over to NM
booya!
Got a link or want to post this up? Would be interesting to know...Originally Posted by naten
They ran it in N/A mode instead of FI but will not make much difference to overall result.
Just one of my little pet hates.
Prefer to see the A/F ratios on the graph instead of torque as you can always work that out from the data.
Linky for formula:

Bit more of a explanation:
http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/for...rt-t79685.html
So for my car its peak tractive effort was around 4500
Run that through the forumla it equals 326 ish nm
cheers
