Default SW20 Clutch Master cylinder HELP!!!

hey guys i need some info on SW20 clutch master cylinders.

Im working on a SW20 that has had a manual turbo conversion and it appears that it may have the wrong master cylinder fitted and hence causing issues with the clutch not fully disengaging.
Does anyone know what the bore size of the cylinder SHOULD be and also would anyone have a picture of theirs (while installed in car or not installed is cool) that i could compare with the one this car has.
Or has anyone had the same problem? its fully bled fine no dramas, no bubbles etc but it simply doesnt disengage until the pedal if fully to the floor.
It also feels wierd as in there seems to be a LOT of easy pressure travel before you get closer to the floor whee its defiantly working the clutch.
Hence think the bore size is too small.

    Cheers

have you adjusted the clutch all the way to it's longest piston travel to see if that helps?
I had a similar problem with my AW11 when I swapped to a new master cylinder, it was only a very small adjustment that was needed to the piston travel to fix it.

By the amount of time we spent once trying to bleed up a sw20 clutch line, i'd say you've got air in the lines.

We tried all different techniques, and the only one that worked for us was to use a vacuum source to draw the fluid and air through the system. We used a mityvac, but any sort of vacuum pump would work, I've heard of using manifold vacuum, but haven't tried it yet.

The push rod must be a loose fit with the proper amount of free play in the pedal, otherwise the piston never returns to home, where it opens the passage allowing fluid to enter from the reservoir.
The spanner in my avatar is actually a 16mm, that's why it's still new

cheers guys seems i have narrowed down the prob....

Eldar how did the clutch master come out of a half cut?? clutch is in the from engine in the back hence no clutch master with cut, anyway it turns out that it is a universal clutch master of too small a diameter to be sufficient. And that was a "clutch Specialists" that installed it.

dude, i know the guy that did the work, it came off the cut.

just because the front half of the car isnt there on the halfcut, doesnt mean you dont get the clutch.

although the cut did come from ben, and you remember the diff that supposedly came from my halfcut ahahaahh
