Just be patient with the 'Contact the Administrator' link as the Administrator is a real person, and may just be a way on holiday for a few days, or similar...

Hi,
I have tried to change my email address through the User CP, however I don't have my password.
When I go to the Lost Password section, I get stuck.
The reason is that my old email address no longer exists ( different service provider)
and this website does not recognise my new address, so having the password sent to the old address is no help.
I have used the "contact the administrator" link, however I'm not sure if my emails are going through because I have not received a reply.
Is it possible for an administrator to either change my email address internally or have my password sent to the new address?

Since I have to confirm that this is actually you and not one of your work mates or so on playing dirty tricks ( it has happened before)
If you PM me with your old email address and the personal details in your profile, If they match I'll change it for you.
obviously include your new email address in the pm to.
