    the only thing most ppl seem to stuff up is the timing of the cams, if the inlet cam is out it wont fire as the triggers wont sync properly.

    check that first and also the trigger disc on the pulley (would have been removed if he did the crank seal)

    Yep!

    Two separate pieces, not one casting.

    I can't recall exactly how it is secured atm, but it is more complex than just pressed On if I recall correctly.
