Default help 1jz flexplate, spacer or no spacer needed??

Im about to put an auto flex plate on my 1jz cos im going auto for a while but cant remeber if it is meant to have a ~5mm spacer between the flexplate and the crankshaft or not. I cant rememebr cos i pulled it off a few years ago.
Cant see the spacer lying round anywhere in the shed, so my question is should there be one and is it absolutely neccessary? if so i'l have to start hunting round for it....

    Cheers

cheers mate might have to take you up on the offer of your one if i cant find mine, i'm pretty sure it should have one on there.
Na i ended up "shiftkitting" the box myself by shimming the accumulators, i'l see how it goes when i get the car back together, as for the torque converter i havent been happy to anyone that i've spoken to so im putting it together and think im gunna try something a little dodgy to try stall it up.......i'l report my findings later hehe

Could i get you to PM me your number in case i needa contact you about the spacer.

    Cheers
