Haha, I knew it. When I installed my stereo there was little bits of window glass under the seats I figured that's what might have happened.

Well hopefully I'll still be coming down, maybe only to spectate though. I left the cas last night and heard a weird slapping noise so I pulled over the check it out and there was a screw in my tyre. Tyre is still inflated so I just left it in there for now, bit dodge I know but gotta wait until next week until I can replace it and I don't think it's really a good idea to take it on the track with a screw in the tyre

Go to a tyre shop and ask them to take the screw out and check it for a leak, if there's no leak then cool, if there's a leak get them to plug it. Costs about $20 but I've done it a few times in the Soarer as my old work had tek screws anywhere through out the carpark. Cheaper then a new tyre, 'specially if the tyre still has good tread.

Yeah I thought about that but the problem is the tyre has some pretty bad camber wear, still has a few months in it but if I took it to a shop they would tell me to replace it before I can leave, you know the type of shit they do.

Go to a small tyre shop rather than a big multi store one as they don't mind. I used to go to a small independant in Wangara rather than Ian Diffen across the road. They shouldn't mind, but even so just show them while it's on the car and if they say anything say that you know it's got wear on the inside but you just need it repaired cause you've got an event that night
