Default Proportioning valve failed on my RA23 Celica Can I service it?

Hey guys, I trying to get my brakes working on my Ra23 celica, but has been an up hill battle. So far I have replaced the master (seals failed), made new brake lines (blocked and didn't match the new master), rebuild calipers as they were seized, replace rubber hoses (blocked). Now my proportioning valve now seems to be clogged up.

    1. Has anyone one had any experience rebuild one of these
    2. Can you buy them new?

I have notice from pictures off the web that the RA40 proportioning valve is the same.

    Thanks

You could probably pull it apart and clean it. If its the same as the corolla ones, they are really quite simple.

What sort of proportioning valve does it run? Is it adjustable by rear suspension ride height or just fixed ratio?
Summit racing has quite a choice of manually adjustable fixed ratio valves, starting at ~$40 usd

    Thanks for the advice Cuzzo

I'm trying to pull apart the value, however I have gotten stuck. I don't know how to remove the center pin from the value, see photo. It looks like you turn it??
