It sounds like the first year I plan to go all my e-idols and interweb-heroes won't be there.
I'll just continue to keep an eye on the thread as far as events go.

I did read the car park has security. But do the cars just get locked up in a big park over night? And is that at the matilda car park that the security is or the venue.
Also, what are the road like on the drive down. I read somewhere someone advising other to fit a car bra because the roads arent to good in some areas (or was I reading into this to much?)
Thanks
The cars are in the car park of the motel right out front your room. Security is on site in the car park & more then likely there will be toymodders hanging round till all hours of the morning anyway the chances of someone doing damage to anyone elses property or getting stolen would be very very minimal.
If in doubt power out

there not bad but tailgating wouldn't be suggested as there are some sections with loose gravel. if you go through mudgee the roads are much more fun.Originally Posted by IS1000

Thanks Linden, that clears it up for me.
The car gets driven and treated like a car so I dont mind if I get the odd chip here or there but I dont want to speed up the inevitable by driving down a country road.

Was that during the locust plague thing? I remember eventually cutting the screen off coz it was overheating with the air con on - it's all about prioritiesOriginally Posted by PlacentaJuan
Brett, there's no dirt roads on the way there, just the usual country stuff with sometimes gravel shoulders. Guess it also depends how much overtaking you want to do (sitting close behind another car or a truck.. etc.. not that you'd have problems accelerating).

Thanks Mos. Yeah I just read somewhere someone advising using a car cover as their car was pretty bad by the time they got back to Sydney.
Ill be taking it pretty easy. Specially with it being a long weekend.
I did read the thread. But is it the M4 around 9.30 or the offical time/cruise yet to be set?
I would like to cruise up with others for 2 reasons
1. I'll get lost
2. Its easier to push with a few people-![]()
I think a couple guys from the Altezza club are thinking of coming..
Can we make a list.
How many/who is going?
