pull out whole cable, and pull out center of cable to see if it is damaged.
TA22 Speedo gone crazy
Hi,
Just started the other day.Speedo needle bounces away when moving.If I am doing 60 the needle bounces between 60 and 80.Diffeent speeds but same result.Any help much appreciated.

this happened to me aswell in my ae82..i pulled the dash out and sprayed white grease into/onto the cable..all was good after that.
