mmm, ive been told several times that either the r32 gtr or r33 gtst calipers work. any way to tell if these are r32 gtr or gtst calipers?
I should just clarify that, short legs mean R32 GTS-T.

millsi,
R32 GTSt/Z32 turbo - have the ribs as you have shown (beware that there the Z32 NA had 22mm wide discs as opposed to 30mm of the turbos)
R32 GT-R (non-V spec) - easiest way to identify are the little half moons at the bottom (made for a 32mm disc but have been used successfully with BA 28mm rotors)
R33 GTS - smooth all over
And here are the discs available for comparison
One thing to note which can cause issues is the R34 GTT uses a 310mm disc and the caliper is the same as the R33 GTST but with longer legs to suit.
cheers big zop
guy still seems to think that they are 32 gtr calipers.
Got a Skyline you can try them on? All the hub mounts are the same so it will soon show what size disc it is designed to fit. I know Sheepers has some on his RA28 with the proper disc, see if he can get comparative pictures for you.

can someone measure the bolt spacing on the lux/skyline calipers as id like to see if i can do this conversion on my hiace and the nearest pick a part is an hour away from me.
and also the measurement from the calliper mounting surface (on the spindle) to the rotor/wheel mounting face on the hub
thanks
well it seems MR spares has wise up and now trying to flog off a " TOYOTA HILUX ADAPTOR R32 HUBS AND ROTORS" package............................. and the price he wants is $600. What a fucking joke that is
Price does not even include that calipers lol
and now i find out he's after $350 just for the hubs
Not so much of a "cheap" conversion now
If you want to do it cheap. Just remove the rotor from the Hilux hub and use wheel spacers.
I have had my billet hubs for three years now and the price has not changed that much. If you go back the the start of this thread you can check my original costings.
The way I see it is you get what you pay for. Don't hold it against Mr Spares he has a business to run.
As far as I am concerned it is a cheap conversion.
Have you checked the price fro others like Hoppers Stoppers.
There set up will set you back $1200.
Cheers.
Injected 5.0L FORD power in HILUX is the only way forward!
