    Default brake booster ra28

guys i have to buy a new brake booster for ra28 and wondering if i should upgrade booster while im there.

    currrent setup im looking at
    r33 front calipers 4 spot
    gz20 rear single spot

what i would like out of my breaking is good pedal feel eg solid and not to long a travel. i believe most new cars feel this way as my old bluebird is long and spongy with a new booster and master and it gives me the shits.

i have searched but nothing screams out to me. thanks.

Just use a standard booster, get a 1" master cylinder though. One of the supra MCs fit without much modification (bend a couple of brake lines a touch)

Yeh stock booster is fine, brake feel is changed by having a bigger master cylinder. Some reckon the 1inch MC makes the feel too bitey, and 15/16inch is the way to go.
Do a search, all the master cylinders have been talked about on here many times.

For the nissan 4 spots, you will likely want a 1"... find out what was on the car they came off, and see if you can have a drive of one to feel whether it was stiff enough, or too stiff. There are also laws on how much travel you need to have, so check the NCOP.

I think the 15/16 MC should be a better match for the Nissan 4 spots, unless you're running the Nissan 2 spots (or similar) at the rear...

Joel (TurboRA28) is running the Mazda FC 4 Spots (which are almost identical to the Nissan ones) with a 1" MC, and he feels that it has too much bight and thinks he'd be better off with the 15/16 also...
