Default clutch master cyl options for ta23?

ive tried searching (maybe incorrect keywords) and looking at members rides but have come up with zip.

im chasing a larger master for a conversion im having dramas with.

not sure on the bore size of the maso but the slave is 3/4" and i can only get 15mm of rod movement which isnt enough to disengage the clutch.

i have options of sleeving the slave or boring the maso out but both will take time and id like to just bolt something in tommorrow.

if someone knows what maso's suit ta23 that are larger or even just some specs of the stocker and like to know.(have to much other work on the car to finish it by tomorrow so time is lacking)

    thanx heaps

ps. rep will be given for the correct answers.

what engine and box is in it?

is the slave the factory one with the box?

ie you could try fitting a w5# slave instead of replacing the master? (not sure if it will give you 15+mm movement)

i dont want to say which motor but it has a 3/4" slave on it and there is no factory option smaller than it.fucking shit nissan sr20's

so its either a resleeved slave or a larger maso (which would be my preference) but i need to find out tonight so i can send it to the tuner tomorrow and hand it back to the customer the day after.

    cheers

is there any slop with the rod against the fork? maybe put a bit more tension on the fork by using a longer bolt?

she no matter i sorted it by playing with the rod and removing some of the underlay that some labrador selling clown had put in there.

Was going to see if the TA23 and RA23 master cylinders are the same.

I know everything on the 22's seems to be smaller , so there is a very small chance that the RA23 master cylinder (W50) could be a bolt on upgrade to a TA23 master cylinder (T50)

Very small chance, but worth a mention

the stock 22/23/28 maso is 5/8 according to the casting on them, so all same.

The only MC upgrade I know of is the MA/GA70 MC or JZA70 MC...

They're both 1" MCs, but the rear bake outlet on the MA/GA70 is better as it comes out on the same side as the *A2# MC so doesn't require bending of the brake line like with the JZA70 MC...
