Ahhh, ye of little faith, look closely and you'll see 4 holes up high, these have rivnuts in them and a nice big mesh windage tray You wouldn't believe the development that went into most things in this engine, we designed the sump in 3d Cad, laser cut the whole thing, and even did CFD analysis on it with the G force of a 1.1 sec 60ft to watch oil surge. Similar amount of work went into the intake manifold, which was also CFD'd.

I'll resize pics tomorrow, and I'll edit the list into 1 post and you can all erase yours and just post up your name and I'll add it to the list, should shorten thinsg up a bit.

Noticeing that the most people who have put there names down for the list are not getting the crank.

Does the crank need to be done?
obviously it will give you slightly less capacity but other than that, will it all work?

or is that list for the supply of a machined gen3 crank?

Sorry for perhaps sily questions, just not following at the moment.

Hence the way i expressed it as a question Very nice kyle

How many external pumps scavenges come out of the sump? I imagine your running a peterson dry sump pump or similar?

My engine is not dry sumped, it has an external wet pump, this basically the same thing in terms of oil supply, as it has the pressure section of a dry sump pump, but it still sucks it out of the factory sump. The reason I changed was that the 1G oil system is poor, with so many failures at low power levels, there was no way I was risking 10500rpm and 40psi not to mention 20+k of engine on the stock oil pump. I personally use a morosso external pump, it was cheaper and fits better than the peterson external wet pump.

The up side is cost, your maybe talkin $1000 to $1500 for external wet pump, as opposed to $4000+ for dry sump. I didn't put the pics up, but there is an extra benefit as well. I completely deleted the factory oil pump, its no longer there at all, and now the plate/mount for the external oil pump comes off this machined surface and bolt holes, coming out off the side of the engine. It was a MASSIVE job to get right, but I now can use a 1JZ gates timing belt Perfect amount of teeth shorter for the now missing oil pump.

I'm not interested in making sumps for anyone, I'll sell you the plans for $50(it cost me $300 to get designed) and you can get it laser cut and folded up yourself, mine cost me about $800.

As for the crank thing, I presume people are intending to offset grind a crank later on themselves, as NO, this price does not include a cank, that is very clearly stated in the first post, and if you don't offset grind the crank, or use a counterweighted crank so you get the bigger journal, then the pistons will sit .040" down the bore, as the pistons and rods are designed for the extra stroke. I'm not doing a stock stroke setup, cause the biggest reason I'm doing it is to get a spare set for myself.

No, $3050 and you get someone to fold and weld it up. I might be able to arrange someone to build it for you that put mine together, but you'd have to deal direct, I'm not interested in making money or being in the middle, would just like to get this stroker kit sorted for people so I get some parts cheap for myself.

Group buy will start around 14th of jan. I'll resize pics and update thread over the next few days, finished work for the year, YAY
