Hi guys, I've had to rebuild my calipers form my RA40 and though that i'd post a few pictures for those that dont know how to do it. At this point I have to say if you are a little lost following this get it done by a pro or get somebody that knows what their doing to help you.
It all started with this,

The brake fluid came out of my front passengers caliper when I pushed it back to change the pads, MMMmmm should I bother changing that 25 year old rubber or pretend I didnt notice, decisions decisions.........
What I needed was this

Two caliper seals for the 40, repco etc dont stock them so you have to go to a brake specialist for them now.

Inside you get a new rubber seal, a dust booth and a new circlip to retain the booth, also some rubber grease. I wouldnt really on this little bit though, you'll need to buy an extra tube to make sure that you dont run out. Also get some proper brake cleaner, its not too dear. Make sure no oil or petrol gets near the seals because this will harm the rubber and shorten its life and quiet possibly your own as well.
An airline comes in handy for getting the piston out, make sure you wedge some wood in the caliper to prevent damage.

The piston will pop out and you'll be left with this.

Now you need to remove the old booth and then the seal, do not use anything sharp like a scribe, a pencil is what you need.

Clean the piston and caliper, I used metal polish and then a lot of brake cleaner because I didnt want to contaminate the seal.Heres the new seal and cleaned piston ready to go back in,

Next, put on plenty of rubber grease and press the piston back into the bore.

Push it all the way back in and then replace the booth and circlip, this was a tricky shot but it the best I could get.

Now that thats done all you need to do is repeat the process for the other side.
