yeah, there is pretty much only 1 solution to Mos having your gearbox Ed...
So when will we expect to see Oskar out there?

Luckily we're allowed passengers, that way mos can work the pedals and steering wheel and we can take turns in the passenger seat shifting gears for him.![]()

That's why I'm not driving down tonight.
Plan is to change it tonight, amongst all the other shit I've still gotta do

Well, I got my sway-bars this afternoon.
Then I realised I don't have any brackets for the bushes on the rear
Or end-links for the rear...
I could use the end-links they supplied for the front, on the rear, but still need the brackets to hold it in pace.
I'll also have to give my front suspension a good going over before I hit the track tomorrow as well. It's started to get really noisy and squeaky in the last couple of days. Looks like bushes will need to be replaced sooner than I thought.
hmmm... i dunno what i have to be more scared about.... the visual of garth in pink boots, or the fact that i now know what my boyfriend gets up to when i don't come along!Originally Posted by -GT-

R.I.P.
Awesome weather, a bit hot if anything. In the middle of the day you could see patches of melting tar around the pits. Also meant there were more that the average heating issues... I'll allow those involved to explain in more detail though, as there was more than meets the eye in the causes.
But my tyres are now well a truely shagged
Just in time for the summer layoff/modding period
Changed the front swaybar on the AW11 to the whiteline one with that plus a proper wheel alignment I was able to eliminate most of my understeer issues, but times were still around 1:22-23
I suspect I'm a little down on power at the moment as well as I was only reaching 130 down the straight where last time I was getting to 140. There was a slight miss in Cyl 1 from some stray oil fouling the plug (I missed when topping up...) which was causing some vibration as well, but the mighty 4A is still strong and lives on to fight another day.
Was pretty awesome fun as always
the wheel alignment and bushes that i got done seemed to improve turn in, but i think my driving style is well fucked. I reckon i am just trying too hard, need to pull my head in and take it a bit easier for a while to teach myself some better lines/technique
or just get an AW11, that was awesomethanx for the drive again dylan, the car is so poised and so much fun to drive.
Cheers
Nathan

Where's the pics?
I'll do a writeup on my day when I'm not quite so buggered (read: sunburnt and hungover). There's a bit to explain
Project megap00 - Gave up and sold up. Money tree died
I got a fair bit of video on damo's camera, but no stills. I didn't really see anyone taking pics either, so i guess we'll have to wait for him to edit and upload to youtube.
Hangover mostly gone, and if not, going for hair of the dog shortly so that will finish it off.
Sunburn will take a little longer to go away...
Oh yeah, fun was had. Got a couple of rides in two quite different lexus' (lexi?? what the hell is plural of 'lexus'?), i would love to have one of each.
