I'm have a couple of problems with my Celica atm, hopefully I'll have time to fix them beofre the cruise. Otherwise I'll aim to be there in the morning for a chat etc and then head off.

    The engine is currently overboosting....

    Cya,
    Simon

Lol i think if there was, my purple celica would have taken it out the past 2 cruises

Dont worry, its still a celica, lots of them have pretty ordinary paint, and no one around here really cares

Simon, hope you can sort your issues out and make it with your car!

Got my rear Koni's today so I'll have a lot more confidence in my suspension setup now that I can replace the crappy old rear stockers! Can't wait for the cruise!

    OMG 2 Weeks to go!!!

Hows everyone's rides going? Everyone going to be ready?

Ive almost got the brakes and suspension sorted, just getting 2 more things fixed tomorrow at pedders and its good to go, then because im so busy with uni there will be a last minute rush in the few days before the crusie to change over my rocker cover for a purdy one, replace a few intake manifold studs that are missing and seem to be causing a noisy vacuum leak, sort out my air filters, and im hoping to get the bonnet vents and grill on. Doubt i'll get the racing jacket on though And then just a quick oil change and wash!

Also dont know if i'll get the 51LII plates on in time still have to get the rego transferred over and waiting on 2 things before i can do that

Really hope to see a LOT of celicas out this time, hope you all have been using my flyers on celicas you spot, since James and I put a lot of effort into them!

I'll be at the meeting place early with Cameron, out the front directing everyone into the shopping centre. So keep an eye out for two red celicas, one looks better though (and goes better, but he won't admit it )
Also, it might be an idea with so many cars coming to leave a little bit later, so we can have a good look them? The reason I say this is that driving time from the Gap to Nebo and back would be less than an hour (and thats not fanging it either). So, just putting this out there, photo op at Nebo, then continue up to Mt Glorious for something to eat, then back down through Samford? thoughts on this idea???

    Cheers
    James

I'm looking forward to this. It seems like there are a few definites. Regardless of the quality of the exterior, a horde of Celicas will look damn fine I reckon! (BTW Dana, let's make sure we get plenty of pictures eh!)

    See you all there!

Lol you should see the pictures on my walls at home from the last cruises!

James we can hang around the shopping center a bit longer, thats fine, is it the sort of carpark that will be really busy at that time on a sun morning? Would be nice if we had an open area mainly to ourselves.

If anyone knows of any good places for photos let me know so we can go there!

the lower levels will get reasonably busy, but hardly anyone parks on the top level, exept for the staff, so we will have plenty of room. I was going to go up the weekend before the cruise to scout out photo op places so I'll let you know how that goes.
