r154 output spline = a340e output spline.

with the exception of the 3 prong non slip yoke variants in UZZ3x and JZS147 etc

lengths: i cant remember

So than id assume the r154 is worth a pretty penny? When buying a 1jz with manual box, would they be incl the r154 as the box?

1j manual half cut's go for around 4k where as auto ones go for 2k and yeah r154's are worth 2 on there own second hand

I wouldn't rate an R154 lasting long with 1000hp.

yeah they tend to not like any kind of hard thrashing at over 600hp

another question, im taking the air con compressor and power steering pump off and that leave the front front belt really loose, would anyone know of a shorter version of the factory belt, have been down to repco and auto one and there as good as tits on balls, they wont even go through a few on the shelf to check lengths

Simple fix for lazy staff:-

1. Go to counter with an item your purchasing. eg 5 litres of oil

2. Have your piece of string representing the length of the belt. Tell the guy that you need a 5 or 6 rib belt in this length.

He is not going to fob you off if you have oil on the bench to buy as well
