this stuff is probably covered in the oddities thread but seriously, there is no way of finding specific info there... too long.

Anyhow, a couple of quick searches turned up nothing so here goes.

Are the bell patterns on toyota auto's compatible? or... can you put a jz bell on a uz box? both auto's obviously.

another thing.... can you put a bell from a 4spd auto onto a toyota 5spd (or 6spd) auto???

Assuming they're both the same transmission series (A340 in this case) then yes.

ahh. cheers.... just thinking a 5spd auto with shift kit would be nice on any large toyota.
