D&R diffs.. don't have the contact details.. but they are located on Barry Road in Chipping Norton
Best in the trade in my opinion because they've never had a car they worked on come back due to problems
Any recommendations for a Sydney based diff specialist to look at my mx83 LSD diff.?

I'm also thinking about a small ratio change. maybe 3.9 to 4.11
Andrew.
Craft will charge you $250 plus the rebuild, $400?.
But they are probably the best place in Australia.

If you take a diff to Craft, they will charge you 250 Minimum, thats the best case scenario, like say you take a diff that you have pulled apart your self and you need new shims and it to be put back together. The price goes up from there. I assume $400 will cover a complete rebuild, changing the crown gear wont really cost any extra.Originally Posted by amichie
Google "Craft Differentials" pages in Australia. Ring the number and ask for Richard Craft, he can give you a price.

I will pull out the diff and leave it in his hands.
Thanks for all the advice and I will update when its done.
so how much did he quote??
If I take the diff down to his work shop he will reset all the clearances for $150. I guess that's if no parts are required.Originally Posted by beauy
Unfortunately he said there were no options for ratio changes.
I might keep an eye out for a supra 4.3 or somthing like that. But for the moment I will just get mine reshimmed.
