    I understand your method better now...On your existing method, you will route your outlet into the thermostat inlet, then route the inlet/outlet passages at the back of the head to radiator respectively?

    This would mean the intake portion would be subjected to cooled water

    my head hurts...

    well I am not tottaly sure what you mean but I am thinking of effectively putting the passage in the inletside of the head between the thermostat and the radator hose
