Now, I was wondering if the W55 bell behind the 2SC motor will bolt up to the 1G block.

A bellhousing from NSW to SA will cost $15-20 postage tops. Much less than all the phonecalls, petrol and mental anguish seeing if you might be able to dig one up in your street......
