ps had one in mine and gave no troubles.
Hey all
Basically looking at getting the clutch im going to need for my car. For those who dont know it, its and AE86 with a 3sgte mated to a Steel Plated W58. Aiming for aroung the 450HP (@ wheels) mark, what type of clutch would we be recommending? Any past experiences with brands etc. ?? 3,4,5 puck? Upgrading pressure plate?
Any info would be great, cheers. Also, im guessing just an uprated GT4 clutch/pressure plate will be fine as the W58 runs the same input spline as the standard GT4 box, so aftermarket higher rated GT4 Clutch even?
Cheers

there is a bloke down in Tassie runs a yellow TA22 i think with one in it. Talk with him at a baskerville or symmons plains race meet.
That bloke is Leigh Forest who i know rather well and will be speaking to him soon. Just thought i'd grab a couple of iopinions first! Thanks guysOriginally Posted by Fish
Twinplate is nice if you can afford it, otherwise a ceramic button clutch will hold the power at a much lower cost.
