as casey told me you can change the seals, but you will need to pull one of the wheels off, so you will need to get the turbo rebalenced, that costs around $400

so you could keep your steel wheels but you will need to get the turbos reballenced proffesionally

they were on the car when i got it. the last owner told me he had someone whip them up. didnt cost anything spectacular = backyard job.
