looks like it has some kind of vacuum line, to still feed a small amount of air to the plenum while the butterfly throttle is closed... hence why you might have a rough idle without it?

the hose that goes from the throttle body to the inlet pipe, i have always had mine blocked off and my car has a very un stable idle. could this hose fix that??
i just want to know if i should have a fitting on my new intercooler piping for it.
