Default st162/165 famous starter problem - quick question...

    hey guys,

for those familiar with the 4th gen celica starter motor problem, i am putting in a relay switch that will help pass power to the starter motor to get it to start. my problem is, i cant find a lead that has +12v when the key is turned over to ignition? (and only when the key is turned on to ignition)

ive tried to follow the below diagram i've found on other forums, but am unsure of what "ignition side of starter motor" is???

is it the fat but short blue cable (on the opposite side of the other 2 cables) of the starter motor?

THIS IS THE GUIDE IM FOLLOWING

and my question is, is the fat blue cable what i should be connecting to the 'ignition side of starter wire" on the relay switch?

    Check here, http://toymods.net/forums/showthread...referrerid=119

Ignition power is in the starter wire. the thinish wire with the black plug. undo the plug and connect to each side of it. run 12v Battery to the other pin and earth to the other.
