That's correct, except this particular Head (Non-Toyota) hasn't been done by anyone let alone taken to the extreme so its going to be a one-off job in every aspect....

Don't really want to send the work overseas, but the only place/person so far I trust doing it right is just too busy running his Reconditioning business.

pay him more. pay them enough to do it if they are the only ones you trust, and are willing to wait.
