bending can be done with a shop press, yes ive done it but i would not do it 4 degrees as thats asking for a strut tube to seperate from the cast assy. only do it to get kpi the same on two struts your using not to fix a stuffup.
ive got the setup done for 280x30mm and nissan 4pot cals on 23 strut and yes you can bolt 33 296s to it with a 33 cal, but it would be cheaper to use an xt130 strut so ill put one together (have to do it for bigperm anyway).
