I am going through the NCOP documents and wanted to confirm that the loophole regarding the fitment of side intrusion bars as part of six point rollcages was still accurate?

is this only in QLD, anywhere else in Australia?

hey mate,

The National Code of Practice has not been adopted in NSW and the is currently no forecast of when or even if they will use it.

Your best bet is to talk to an engineer about what they will or wont pass based on the rules.

I discssed my cage options with my engineer, and he was very helpful, had all the measurements, suggestions around a 6 point cage etc etc.
