    never had that type of problem with my W58, i chew up bearings quicker then i destroy the gearsets.

    Yeah i've already worked that problem out and how to stop most of it happening and also went back to a thick gear oil. I use to spin the front lay shaft bearing which they say supra boxes don't do but solved that 1.

    sorry been busy working on customers cars, my own has to wait.
    its a mob round the corner that will make the adapter but i have to check the box again to see what sort of carrier to fit on the nose im not sure if the w one will fit.
    as soon as i have a working prototype ill give a price.
    less than $350 id guess but not sure till it all works.

    anyone with a machine shop would be able to make you an input shaft. Although i'd hate to think of the price they would ask.

    im using one of these on my r154 - i originally bought the bellhousing from 302 to w58, then changed my mind. The adapter is a piece of alloy plate with a bunch of holes drilled in it - available from CRS.

    MA61 - Built 2JZ, 9" diff, big brakes -1st car + the toy
    LN167 - dual cab fourbie, gu patrol chassis + suspension/ driveline, built 1.5jz

    cant remember mate, its just a approx 1" thick plate which adapts the two (or in my case adapted a w58 drilled bh to a r154 box so i didnt have to drill more holes in bh)
