    The 1G-FE in the IS200 gurgled inside the cabin - nothing wrong with that engine (other than the munted tensioner).

    what i was going to say has been covered by other people, but my 2vz camry gurgles sometimes :S

    I have had three mx83's when ever I herd that bloody gurgling noise it meant a BHG every bloody time.

    the other thing that alerted me to bhg was the over flow bottle from the radiator would spill its guts from compression in the water system from the bhg.

    That's not necessarily a sign of BHG - that's also a sign of a completely blocked radiator with insufficient cooling - another thing that cressidas as well renowned for.

    All M-series engines have BHGs to some degree or other. Its just how bad it is which counts. I think they even shipped from factory with BHGs.

    Remember, its not the BHG that counts, its what you do with it

    If 7M=BHG the only correct answer is 2JZ-GTE.

    Regardless, the "gurgling" and the "i have a blocked radiator thing" happens with any engine irrespective of BHG (even a 2JZ-GTE [with no BHG]).
