    Default tacho ta22

    how can i test to see why my tacho is not working i have a spare tacho what wires should i check on coil or alternator i just want to be able to test without taking dash out i know my spare works and old one worked before i painted the face white pls any ideas will be appreciated

    just run it off the coil pulse

    running your other tacho off the coil won't tell you why the factory one isn't working.
    Is it the stock engine? check the wiring behind the instrument cluster.

    Before you start, check on your coil that there is a wire connected to the negative of the coil. This is the wire that connects up to your dash's tachometer.
