    Default Apexi power FC

    Hey guys
just wondering if any of you will know if the Apexi Power FC will support VVTi
I have one now for my sprinter, running the 16V
planning on doing the 20V conversion, but just wanted to know if it will support the quad throttle and the VVTi

if not, damn, have to bin this thing.

    cheers.

Power FCs tend to be purpose built for the applicable engine so they can act as much as a plug and play item as possible. If it's designed for the 16V I doubt it will work for the 20V but others may know better than I.

If its for a 20v, I highly doubt there was a power fc 20v revision.. There was a limited release of the official Power FC list for Toyota.

If your lucky you mind find an A.P Engineering version for the AE101,AE111

Hurry up if you want a power fc though! as they are really rare these days esp for Toyota.
The one that I can find is the AE101 BT - http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Apexi...5699QQtcZphoto

The only PFC models ive seen are the AP engineering AE86 4AG kit. and Possibly the brashboy pfc's

    http://cgi.ebay.com/Apexi-AP-E-Power...QQcmdZViewItem

    [update]

I've found the AE101 afm removal kit by brash boy

    http://www.brashboy.net/english/toyo...ex_toyota.html

Note these ecu's are tuned already. and if your going to get the brash boy then you might need to get a map sensor addon or re-wire your afm into an air temp sensor like i've done on my 3SGTE.

If your power fc is complete like the kit above you can probably sell it off

So you say, but where? Every where I look they are out of stock and show as discontinued. By the by, mine is new, still in original boxes, never installed....Regards Peter Burrett
