Assuming you mean 3T-C (as opposed to 3T-GTE), exceptionally easy. The engines are externally identical so it's a simple matter of removing the 2T and bolting in the 3T. Keep your existing manifolds, accessories etc and there won't be any dramas.

just wondering how hard would it be etc. to put a 3t engine in my 23 wat came with the 2t.
