the sprung ones will shudder, however it is easy enough to drive them without the shudder

mine only seems to shudder when the revs are too low and you take too long releasing the clutch

release it 'assertively' with revs around the 1700-2000rpm mark and it is fine

a friend of mine just installed an eXedy cushioned button on his car, they look quite good. he is very happy with its drivability and bite/holding levels

Yep, I had a sprung 5-puck ceramic clutch and it rarely shuddered once I got used to driving it.

I've used Jim Berry clutches in the past, and I've had no problem with them, but they are usually expensive. Nice free advice though...

Has anyone here had experience with center force clutches? They read like a good product but how much is sales BS?

I agree with this. I have a 5 puck unsprung clutch with a 1100kg pressure plate. It is streetable but if your going to be 'popping' the clutch heaps somethings going to give eventually and no i havn't broken anything yet, im usually pretty easy on it. From what others say about the 4WD drivetrain, go HD sprung center 5 puck.
